sensors required

I been looking at my DPF again and I'm thinking that it may not of done a regen for some time. On the way to work Sunday nice a clear road done 20miles 4th dear rpm around the 2500. When I got to work had none of the signs of the regen had been done. no heat from exhausts and the 'tinking' of the exhaust tips. so with my new scanner (nothing flash) plugged it in and checked the DPF values it was listing Ash Content 257.39g (this was increasing as I drove) and Soot Content 21.87g. Now some time ago it was plugged on star as I had a B19/9 sensor listed as upstream of DPF reading -173degrees I went to have this replace but was old that the sensor was ok so I didn't. I rechecked the live data on the sensor and again its showing as -173 or -172Degrees so the sensor or wiring is U/S could someone tell me is the part number for it A0035427018 please. Also on the screen shot of the computer I have uploaded what it the other sensor that appears faulty (Lambda upstream of TWC) or are these the same sensor ??

You need at least 200 Degrees of upstream exhaust gas temp for a regen to take place.

I sold the car to a good friend and he has had no problems with dpf issues

I was going to buy a new 19/9 sensor today...
