On our W205 (2018) with the 725 transmission, the gearbox oil service appears to have been missed off at the 5-year mark.
The dealer said that the ATF is not due. It is due after 77,000 miles.
The symptoms are similar to the first post in this thread: 9G Auto Gearbox stays in 2nd gear when moving slowly | Engine
Hanging in D2 for a while at junctions.
Can some kind soul provide a PDF or something relevant I can take back to the dealer and say: “Look at this. It says 5-years on it!”
