Just thought I'd quickly write a thread on my experience with Olly and Jack at PCS earlier today.
I drove down from London to Portsmouth after reading such impressive feedback from other forum members.
The CLK was due its main service, and there were a couple of minor issues that needed attending to. To cut a long story short . . . I've never been to such a welcoming place, where nothing was overlooked and absolutely everything was dealt with extreemly promptly and profesionally.
It was a totally refreshing experience and the CLK is back to it's best, running smoother than ever before ! It really was a pleasure driving back from Portsmouth to the Big Smoke. Jack and Olly were more than happy with me hanging around the garage while they explained what they were doing, checks that were going on, and what work was being carried out.
These guys really do take pride in what they do, and they run a very tight ship that I can whole heartedly recommend to anyone considering using PCS.
