He's very good. He was 12 years with Mercedes before setting up on his own some years back. He's been looking after my Mercs for over 8 years. He keeps up his MB certification by attending courses, etc, so knows the cars inside out, both old and new. He has full diagnostic equipment and re-coding equipment.

He has at least one customer in Manchester and another in Stoke! I work there on a Saturday morning as a bit of a hobby. Helps with cheap parts, servicing and MOTs, mind.
