Service Plan Refund

The dealership know that I'm not happy given the circumstances. The MD will be calling me tomorrow as he was out today.

Now I've had time to calm down I do reflect a little, I've held a very good relationship with this dealer over the past 3 years buying 4 new cars and to be treated like this really threw me into a wobbly.

Feel as though my trust has been broken and that will take time to comeback.

On a call to the dealer this morning the salesman took the brunt of my unhappiness, I honestly believe he was mortified when I explained what I had found. To that point I rang him back later in the afternoon to apologies to him, being in a sales environment I know what it can be like to be on the receiving end.

I will see how the call goes tomorrow with the MD, I don't want to go down the route of naming & shaming and finger pointing so Hopefully an offer to put right the car and make good the broken trust will see me fine.

I don't want to seem I'm going soft but after venting today and other things at work I really don't need the extra stress of getting into a battle with the Dealer.

Will keep you posted how it goes

The conversion you heard is I guess typical and takes place in most MB service centres away from the public's ears.

Most likely, just hurts a little when you as the customer hear it.

Did you resolve your issues in the end with the dealer?
 
MB and most indies make a habit of disconnecting your dashcam now…
