Service Plan Transfer

Hi,

I've just bought a 2011 C250 Coupe, with 30000 miles on.

In the paper work is a pre-paid 2 year service contract, looks like it was a dealer incentive which expires on 16/01/2016.

My car is due it's 4th year service by 30/12/2015, would I be able to use the remaining service contract?

If so can I take it to any Mercedes Dealer?

If it was paid for in a single upfront payment then yes it is transferable.

Update.

It took a few weeks and a little bit of work to sort out but the service contract team where great, had to send scan of log book, sign a transfer agreement they then lifted the suspension on the service plan so it would cover the final service.

My car had its 4 Year B service this week including changing the brake fluid, very happy with my 1st Mercedes so far.
