Setting Time & Date in Comand

Hello All.

2009 MB S320 with command

The issue:
Going into Vehicle>settings>Date etc the date is shown as 26 June 2019 and will not change. The time has allowed me to set this correctly but has not updated the dash clock which is 6 minutes slow.

Troubleshooting: I have reset command and tried again with the same outcome. I have done this with engine running also in key position 1 and 2

I'm baffled! Is this a gremlin? Is this an MB command update to the firmware?

Any ideas appreciated.

Disconnect the battery and try again?

The settings can only be made with key in position 1 and of course via Comand. I have the correct time now but the date insists on setting via GPS and is wrong, something i can live with.
