Jobs on the car .As i said i would let you all know how things have gone after the new filter and accumulator was fitted . You guest it still the same. So that did not change a thing. .Any one with a fix for this let us know please . It starts fine, then for a split second dies down and then picks up to normal RPM running.

have you checked for any air leaks in the idle air system?

if you have no air leaks, check the idle control valve

seems like there's a slight delay for the system to go into idle set up.

the coolant temperature sensor controls (via ECU) the start mixtures (cold and hot starts)

make sure that the throttle body is fully shut and that the minimum idle speed is set on the fueling meter.
