We've looked after my two grandsons since they were babies , now 7 & 9 .Picked them up from school today for the last time until Coronavirus is beaten as my wife has underlying health problems so we're self isolating.
I was cleaning their school shoes as usual , probably be too small for them next time they wear them , and suddenly the reality of the situation hit me ............
Not good times for any of us I imagine.

In the same boat here. I have been taking my 8 year old Grandson to school 2/3 times a week since he started.
Trying to explain how I don't know when I'd see him next and watching him tear up was horrible.
Apparently he sobbed all the way home. It's a rotten time for many.

Tough times ahead :

Our daughter (24) came home from London yesterday , no point in her being locked down in the big city alone. She has not quite grasped the food shortage as all she has done in the last day is ransack all the cupboards and fridge.

Strange ,in a good way, having a full house again , we will see how long the harmony lasts. :wallbash:

We shop with Ocado and so far we have been able to get nearly everything we need (hand sanitizer excepted). I haven't seen much behavioural change either, I wonder what people think no non essential travel and distance socialising means.
