2012 E250 Coupe
Hi, new owner here. I purchased my 2012 e250 c207 around 3 weeks ago. Everything has been great untill I left for work this morning. The car seems to be holding the gears much longer than normal before shifting and when I floor the throttle it doesn't downshift just very slowly accelerates. It was perfect yesterday. The car has done 100k miles and I have a receipt for a gearbox service at 75k. I see that the 7g gearboxes can be troublesome. Any ideas before I take it to a garage?

Hello and welcome . Getting the code read is probably the first thing you should do. No need to take it to MB for this any decent garage with a good diagnostic tool can read the codes.

Does the behaviour change after stopping the engine and removing the key for a while then driving again ?

Hi, thanks for the advice, I got the codes read yesterday and it was a code for the DPF pressure sensor, hopefully that's all it is. Part is getting fitted on Monday. I'm guessing the lack of power is limp mode?
