It's done 115,355 miles not too bad, but has no service history, so I'm out

It's mangled, it's high mileage, if that got put back on the road, it'd be a crime. It's not worth a fraction of 7k. It's scrap!

That car is worth about £10,000 in perfect condition with service history,so given the it has had a medium hard hit on the front corner,I would say it was worth about £2500 max

There is always a good reason cars get written off...........

I've been trying to work out what part of it is worth 7.5K , the engine? doubt if that got away unscathed.

To be fair an 05 is probably worth nearer 16k with that mileage. That car is only fit for parts and should in a scrapyard - only the unscrupulous would want a look in I'd guess.
