Should the back of my seat be heated or just the base? C43

Hi all,

As per the title really - I'm guessing (hoping) that because of the ortho etc only the base is heated, but it's noticeable that my morning derriere chaud doesn't extend to my lower back, so was wondering whether this is a fault or an annoyance?

Both the base and backrest should be heated.

Gah. Thought it had changed recently.

Most likely the seat pad has failed. Some of the later cars have the elements stitched into the leather covers. On yours it is available on its own (thats what EPC shows), part number is A2028204398.
But check to make sure thats what it is, might just be a loose connection.
