Side Skirt W220 removal

Hello all,

I have decided to deal with the small patches of surface rust on my car myself. I have managed to get the rust removed back to bare metal but as some areas are near the edges I need to remove the side skirts. I can see the obvious bolts on the lower part of the wings but just wondered if there were any other bolts under the car or under the doors.

It doesn't have an AMG kit fitted, just the standard panel

You have to take the plastic sill cover strips off the doorsteps and a rubber seal pulls out. You will then see some more screws in the recess. There are also plastic plugs underneath that push into the sill itself.
If you look here you can see the holes underneath and the other fixings are in the channel that runs along the top and holds the aforementioned rubber seal sill cover os 2206900440 mercedes w220 s class 99-05 sheffield | eBay
