210 Wagon, she has failed her MOT as the sills are rotten out.
Whilst I have found a parts listing, and guessing they may be the same as the Saloon? the bottom sill section part (23) isn't listed anywhere and I cannot find UK supply so am looking at fabrication.

The work has only to be MOT worthy, aesthetics at this stage is not required, it should be contain within the trim cover area.
I measure the material there to be just .6mm, 22awg, can this be correct
I know they are infamous for rotting out this way so I am guessing some of you have already tackled the problem, can you advise?
And what are the requirements for MOT around the jacking points etc...
Otherwise it's going to be scrap metal and a mig for a couple of days, maybe get some interesting photos for the forum but I'd rather get it (nearly) right first time!
