Simple website software?

Bit out of date myself - so looking for simple point-n-click basic page building, with easy to update pictures of units (about a dozen total units at any one time) and details therein - thats also mobile friendly (the bit I missed out on)

Not going to get all uppity about 'style' as the client base isnt that fussed, content over style. So a few scrolls is ok iyswim.

Suspect its similar to a (small) car sale type page, hence the Q here. need to update picture and details of the 'car' (actually saw) as and when its sold.

PC (win7) and tablet (android ICS) at home/work. mind typing on android a PITA, but pic taking really easy (due to OK camera for this level of £1000 / item scale)

Oh - if you want a refurbished industrial wood or metal vertical bandsaw, give me a shout

1&1 was very easy last time I used it with lots of templates.
No real technical knowledge required.

Have a look at a WordPress package.

There are many templates and the back end can be edited in any browser very quickly.
