Yes, nick has a bit of a reputation for never answering the phone (especially when someone's order goes wrong apparently). Try sending him a PM (nick_mercedes on here)

I've been phoning and sent him a PM. It seems it's a business that's impossible to get in contact with. I guess he's doing something with his "£2m of MB parts in stock" but certainly not taking calls, emails or PMs from me.

just had to get VISA involved to recover my costs from euromerc as the part didn't turn up a month after ordering - i would look elsewhere personally

Anyone got any other suggestions for places to look for a single Rucha alloy? I've been checking eBay every few days for months with only one badly scratched example turning up for £90.
