Size difference within S210 models?

Hi guys,

I know this question might seem somewhat naive but I have 2 examples of the S210 Mercs both from 2003 and both are avantgarde models. Literally the same car.
However one seems bigger than the other. And it also feels bigger. I don’t know what it is. Only thing I know is that one was built in South Africa and one in Germany. Is there a difference in size?

Using my vast zoological knowledge.

I'd say the African one would definitely have bigger (door mirror) ears, but the trunks should be pretty much the same size.
