After a few years of not owning a Merc myself, I am about to buy a 2011 E-class convertible. I live in Swansea, where SK Automotive seem to be only Merc specialist, and wondered if this would be a good garage to take this car rather than a hugely expensive main dealer. Generally SK Automotive get very good reviews both on here and elsewhere. However, I have contacted them a few times to try to get a few things done to my wife's A-Class. Every phone call has followed the same format of me describing the problem, and the person on the other end saying "I don't know. Can you call back tomorrow?". Not sure what to make of this as it seems inconsistent with the glowing reviews I have read, but it has not inspired confidence.
Could anyone advise on whether SK would be the right place to take the e-class, or whether I need to head over to Stuttgart Motors or Continental Cars, both of which are some distance from Swansea?
