Sl R129 hardtop

The seals are different, but the roof will fit.

I think from 95/96 on, the door windows slotted into a grooved channel for a more airtight fit, which meant the windows automatically dropping or raising slightly to fit in when the doors are open or closed. The older, fixed window design means that the window butts up against the seal, which doesn't have this channel. The problem you will have is that the window will push its way past the outer lip of the channel of a newer roof, so a constant obstruction, unless you drop the window manually first.

It may be an idea to get a price for replacement seals, if compatible, but I've heard they are a swine to fit if so.
