Wonder if the charcoal filter on the fuel evaporation system is blocked leading to a partial vacuum in the tank? Or your fuel filter needs changing? Test the first by leaving the filler cap slack a couple of times. Check your service records for when the filter was changed last for the second. Should be changed every 36k miles.

Thanks grober I will check that soon as i get time? I was thinking that it might be the fuel filter I cant find any records that it has been changed, But I have brought all the parts ready for a major service! So I will let you know the results!

Found oil on front 2 spark plugs after chaging car starts up fine! so I have an oil leak in the cylinder? The car is now doing the same as before so spark plugs have got oil on them again! also oil leaking from camshaft seal and oil all over front of engine?

Rocker cover O shaped gaskets around the plug holes need replacing.

If you mean oil on the interior/ceramic of the plug then it probably means oil is getting into the combustion chamber. It could be that the valve stem seals have gone. Usually you would get some blue smoke on the overrun if its as bad as you say. Do you mean the crankshaft seal rather than the camshaft?

if its on the external surfaces of the plugs then its as OLLIE says
