2015 F10 528i BMW, 2013 Citroen C3 Picasso,
I can't find anything through the search function :dk: but was hoping somebody more knowledgeable than me would know if it is possible to adjust the ride height without replacing parts.

Car is a 2004 SL350 on standard springs.

Thanks in advance :)

No.

Unless you change springs and or spring cups ...

Ok, thanks.

Can you change spring cups only, and if so how much would it change the ride height by?

I seem to remember a ride height issue when I had new rear springs on my old E Class. Mine had the lower sport suspension but ended up higher at the back as per the Elegance. I seem to remember at the time that this was caused by fitting different "spacers" or maybe these were the spring cups?
