At a guess I would say the Parktronic might not be 'parktronic' It could be a light to signify what exterior lights are on? Please do not accuse me of talking rubbishm, as this is just an educated guess.

See we'll love the new SL . It'll be the look of 2008 and we'll all be used to it later on. Sound doesn't quite match the car imo. What I find most interesting is tht the revised SL is to be introduced to the public so quickly after its unveiling via the F1 coverage.
