SLK 170 window adjustment

hi can anyone help me with the window adjustment on my SLK fed up with push window at "this point" on dvrs door and "that point" on passenger door (instructions from previous owner lol)

Sorry not a problem I'm familiar with. Have you got a local indie near by who could have a look for you? Did the previous owner say how and when this had started?
