Depends perhaps on who did the adjustment re-alignment? You really need to get someone who knows exactly what they are doing. Chassis alignment is not for the inexperienced. Even otherwise competent mechanics can get it wrong without the correct equipment and the latest up to date settings [ see above] You safest bet is unfortunately [ cost wise] your local MB dealer or a good chassis alignment specialist [ beware there are many charlatans!] One of the commonest faults on "bushed " suspension set ups is to torque up the suspension bolts on reassembly with the car's suspension unloaded when in most cases the car should be resting on its road wheels. this can rise to manner of funny effects. I doubt your tyres are badly flat spotted as this would lead to a constant vibration even on the straights.
