Slk 230 (2003)

I'm not too impressed with the lights on my SLK230. I think they're HID as they come on with a delay and kind of very quickly increase in brightness.

Thought HID were supposed to be good? Is it becuase the car is so low to the ground that the lights effeciency is lost? Or am I expecting too much?

If you have the factory setup xenons i think its around 4000k light temp. which is still yellowish, you can change the bulb to 6000k which is white with a very slight blue tint. but the light output will be lower, not that i have noticed, as i went from hologens to hid and a HUGE diffrence plus look better!
