SLK 55 AMG Steering Wheel

The one thing that I don't like with my SLK 55 is the steering wheel. It's too big and too thin. It's more like a bus steering wheel.

Looking at the Mercedes brochure I notice that the new SLK 55s have an AMG Steering wheel that is flat bottomed and has Nappa leather.

Does anyone know if the new wheel would fit my car and what a rough cost would be, just interested before I call my dealer in the morning.

I upgraded my wheel from the button shift wheel to the later CLK63 wheel..... simply unbolt and refit.... no coding etc needed and now I have proper paddles....

If your talking of the latest shape SLK to the early style SLK I'd look through the many online forums as I did....

I have a 2008 SLK 55 and am wanting to put on the current AMG wheel.

Well then yes.... I'd of guessed it would of fitted no worries...
