Slk boot seals bodyshop

I'm new to this forum for the specific reason of trying to stop my slk55 r171 from rusting away from water damage (though it's great there's such a good community here).
Drains have been unblocked and seals have been given the rubber seal treatment, but they are still passing water. A few places I've contacted, including Mercedes dealers basically don't want to touch it as they are afraid of the complexity of working in or around the boot/roof mechanism.
Anybody know of any body shops that are used to the slk roof? I'm Midlands based.

Not sure if it's any help, but, my SLC300 had a roof leak and I took it back to Mercedes who changed the drivers side seal. The roof still leaked so took it back and they said it needed a new roof panel. They ordered the new roof, fitted it and the leak has been fixed. I hope yours is something simple!
