Hi, I have been getting condensation on the inside of my boot lid.

Looking over the site, it advises to check the drain tubes. Looking round the ones just by the rear window they are clear but what is the route these follow so I can check the rest of the pipe and where it comes out.

Also are there any other drains to check.

Thanks
Marc

Hello.
the drain tubes for at the boot lid corners run from the drain via a rubber pipe to outlet behind the bumper sides. Normally they get blocked by mud in the last 2 or 3 inches where they go though the body behind the bumper. Check the 3rd brake lamp in the boot lid for leaks if fitted and its best to pull the rubber grommets out for the rear ABS leads to check the for water as they seem to be the lowest point. Water in these can lead to the ABS light coming on.

Thanks for this. Hopefully I can get a dry weekend to have a look at these bits soon.
