No problem with the MOT, all of us with it done have passed . You shouldn't lose HP/torque either...according to the SLK forums anyway. It is a fair bit louder though under acceleration!

Yup, almost as soon as I bought the car. Resonator and secondary cats both replaced with xpipe. Videos dont really do it justice, but there are some good comparison videos on YouTube.
