SLS AMG. I'm in love.

I was at the Merecedes Stockport dealership earlier today and since leaving there at lunchtime, I've had something on my mind.




It's not the first time I've seen an SLS AMG at close quarters, but each time I'm near one of these cars there's a special atmosphere. I'd say it is the best looking car there is.

These cars look superb in any colour but when finished in Daytona Blue..

Is it just me that goes weak at the knees when looking at these cars?

At around 30mpg on the motorway, the SLS isn't that far behind the fuel consumption on my Vito.

That colour combo is very tasteful. There was an SLS in my local dealer in silver with black leather and it looked nowhere near as good as that one. And yes, it looks like a pretty special car, more so than the SLR in my eyes.

I have to say though, if I had the cash and was in the dealer I think I'd probably end up ordering an SL65.

Point out to the salesman that you *were* going to buy the SLS and one for your wife, but until the rust is sorted out on your Vito, you'll be in Bentleys.

These new Mercedes all look a bit fishfaced to me, and look too much like Peugeot 407s...
