Smart Brabus on Ebay

might be a nice car for someones wife...... ;)

LOL :D

Something looks a bit iffy about that engine though... a genuine SB1 engine cover badge would not have had the letters flaked off like that, I've seen similar looking fakes.

And those side graphics

Not worth more than £2.5k IMHO...

Sorry dude, i wasn't inferring it was a girlie car !!!

I've driven a normal Smart and loved it, but i'm up and down the motorways all the time with loads of kit, and it just wouldn't be practical.

The Ebay one has standard wheels too, if it was a Brabus, wouldn't it have the Brabus wheels on it ?

Thats ok, there are plenty of "girlie" smarts with pink fluffy panels.... but not mine I hasten to add

Not necessarily, the Brabus parts have always been available separately - for instance I had genuine Brabus Monoblock IVs and bodykit on my previous smart but a non-Brabus remap. Of course a Brabus factory car normally has everything and the kitchen sink on it. Another iffy point about that auction are the "limited edition" leather seats... they were a normal factory fitted option from smart in 2000, IIRC.

If the lettering is chrome then it might just be taken from a bad angle with poor reflections, happens all the time with chrome, sends my camera nuts because it doesn't know whether to focus on the item or the reflections :)

 don't you dare suggest anything like to my old man - he knows just what keeps Pammy happy - in the way of cars ;) - and what would land him straight in the divorce courts. And that would :D

Will post to United Kingdom? Almost worth bidding just to see how the postman (pat?) will deliver it!
