Anyone out there any experience with this supplier?

Does it worths the bother?

It came with the car I bought and obviously the subscription ran out and therefore does not work.

It is another money grabbing company or stick with Tomtom or Garmin fared better.

I had forgotten about Smart Nav!
I do not think it is money grabbing as such - it offers an individual service for which there is a rental.

With the plethora of satnavs on the market now, I would have thought they have had their day.

If you are interested in a 4.3'' screen satnav, thumb through the latest copy of T3 who have done, an albeit basic, comparison of the latest generation units, and I must say there are now quite some features packed into these little boxes! They put the build in MB DVD system to shame!

My CLK came with this system (audio only), that was also linked to the Tracker.
I wanted to keep the Tracker subscription and also got the navigation and speed camera facility free for a month. For me it was nowhere near as good as a TomTom with graphics and for an extra £10/month not worth the money either.
