All is not as is seems.......

The handsets handed out, were Chinese not Indian in origin, with tippex over the branding (a friend is one of the tech reporters who had someone there, so it's third hand, but reliable)

It's so heavily subsidised that unfortunately it isn't a real price, nor potentially a real product. The vendor would get a lot of public funds to set it up if genuine, but it must be genuine as there is no corruption or fleecing of public bodies there....:fail

There is a price point you should not go below
