Smart repairs

Can anyone tell me if there is good SMART repair person in the Edinburgh / Lothians area ?
I have a CLK (W209 - 02 reg) and the rear wheel arches and bottom edge of the boot lid are showing signs of bubbling / rust.
I dont want to go to the extent or expense of getting entire panels resprayed, I am sure that this can be done as a "SMART" repair !!!
I dont have a pics of these areas just now.

The only way of fixing the problem is to cut away any rusty sections before repair... beyond the remit of smart repairs which are usually anything but imho.
