Smart scart

I have need for one of these "Smart scart leads" (http://www.sonel.com/)has anyone used one and can recommend??

I use a SCART based RGB adjuster (thingy) whcih works well needs two SCART cables and has its own power supply.

It's not used much now as most of my VCR stuff has been transferred and the PC can decode DVDs and so could be available on loan via PM if needed.
