I left Barnsley about 2 hours ago thinking "hmm, looks like sleet". It turned into snow fast and the bit over saddleworth on the M62 was a bit treacherous as well, esp as I still don't have a working fan in my car so I have to drive with the windows down a bit to avoid misting!

I made the mistake of thinking ''nah, it wont snow today, 'snot cold enuff'', got in about two,ish, got carried away in my PC and hi-fi, never noticed what was going on outside and now, 'cos my drive is steep, i'm stuck, both cars snowed in 'till?

yup - had a fun drive over the hills from Lytham to Harrogate tonight Tiring being snowy, dark and busy though Saab 95 2.0t coped nicely though

Winter mode on yer Gearbox, and you probably need some snow-chains, living in the middle of a field, an' all ! At least they make nice big tyre tracks to look at

As one who lives in one of the higher parts of Bradford I had an "interesting" drive into work tonight. It appears to have stopped but it doesn't seem to be melting.

However I dont much care what else it does cos when I finish in the morning I'm not coming back till Wednesday and I'm all stocked up on beer and stuff.
