My SL600 V12 is in need of some engine work due to it suffering from a very annoying oil leak from the front of the heads (ahh, the old 'H' seals, a common problem I hear you say on the straight sixes and therefore a double whammy for me!)
Also there is a very slight coolant leak from the rear of one of the heads. I have been putting it off due to the innevitable costs but I really want to be able to use the car for longer journeys without having to worry if the head gaskets will let go completely.
Unfortunately there are no independent MB specialist in my area and I really need to know that the work will be carried out by an MB tech so I have booked it in with Jack & Olly @ PCS for a week while I am away in Cornwall, dropping it in to them on the way tomorrow morning.
It's going to be serviced and MOT'd there too.
I've heard good things about PCS on here, so I'm confident it is in good hands!
