that's nothing compared to some of the Winnebagos that you see in the states

We shall never know.

But on a more serious note there is a trend towards vast vehicles in terms of people who want to make a "statement". In certain parts of London there are for example more Dodge mega flatbeds and Ford F250's than you would think credible. Almost surreal to see a bright yellow Dodge RumbleBee burbling around grotty suburban streets with, yes, PA spec. sound system.

By comparison the school run Range Rover is a modest and reasonable vehicle
