I bought a set of AMG 18" alloys last year to use over the winter months instead of the 19" AMG multispokes my W205 came with. 5 double spokes are easy to keep clean over the winter and the plan was to fit "all season tyres" when the tyres they came with had worn. Ordered two new Michelin Crossclimates for the front and due to get them fitted today. So this morning took off the rears and put the 18" on , so I'd only have to take the two fronts in the car to get the new tyres fitted. Called the Tyre centre only to be told the Michelins are on back order , not available until the 12th Nov.
So I'm now running 2x18" rims on the back and 2 x 19" rims on the front .

Solve the issue by telling people you have a Chrysler Crossfire.

...with the body on back to front. :D

Stands out like a sore thumb unfortunately but at least the radius will be similar so it's only the looks that suffer.

Not much you can do until sorted.

Really? I'd guess 9 out of 10 people won't even notice.. Or at most just think you've got an odd spare on..

I've no doubt some won't notice. Things like that as well as body coloured bumpers, often mismatching the body colour, also stands out to me these days.

Though I couldn't care less if anyone did or didn't notice.

Nothing can be done about it anyway until the correct tyres turn up of course.
