Just readjusted my rears, fairly easy with wheel off or with a ramp

I'm not sure if it is possible, I have the same issue on my W209 it literally takes a 1 second click of the boot button and it opens.

On my W208 I used to have you used to have to hold the button for around 3 seconds,

I believe this is a key issue, unless someone knows otherwise and can advise.

That seems incorrect
I need to hold the button down for 2-3 seconds on my 209?

There's something wrong with yours then. Mine takes 2-3 seconds held down before opening.

That boot pop issue was on my previous keyfob and car.

It could have been because it had Keyless Go.

What I do know is like the other poster on the first page, it did open the boot with the shortest / lightest tap of the key.

Pleased to report the new car / key has a full 3 second press and hold delay.
