Hey guys, today in the morning i spot that my door lock are abit damaged.

Someone tried to steal my car BUT was unsuccessful !(*******s)!

they used a hook i think and was trying to pull something there dunno

Any help with reparing this? oh my

i think i will remove interior door cover and look what i can do, i need that litle plastic cover that going around locking thing any help with the part name ? or number?

There is couple marks, but i think they pull the door alitle bit and was pulling what ever they was using from the top of the door dont know for sure
 
The part that’s missing should be on the ground or inside the car somewhere.
The car may not lock properly as the piece that’s missing helps hold the door card in place and it also pushes inwards the door pin when the door is slammed shut.

Is / was the car alarm working?

What year is the car or what model is it?

nah it's all working fine closes and opens with no problem

i found the peace but only half of it other peace missing, alarm working fine, but for some reason it didint trigger it i think coz door was not open,

it's 2007/57 mercedes c220 sport amg in black w204
2.2 diesel automatic

after some effort some glue, plasti dip and some youtube :D

we got some results, now i need that little plastic peace :((IMAG1285.jpg
 
So no one can help me with that peace?
 
That’s not a bad repair, a galloping horse wouldn't notice that on a dark night, did you try the parts department at an MB dealer?

By the way if you fail to source the part you need ebay/amazon and the likes? I'd give the local breakers yard a ring, I've found a few bit and bobs that are hard to find elsewhere
