Black, silver and grey are lovely. Lovely. It's just nice, occasionally, to see a car in another colour. Not just because it's easier to find the figging thing in Gatwick Long stay at 7am on a Winter's morning (Remember those days?)

If the balance shaft kills CLK350's, why are three quarters of them still running around, after 15 years? (Most of them with twice the mileage of this gold goddess?)

Possibly in large part because most of those that have needed the repair did so while repair was still economically viable? Was/is the failure inevitable in all examples anyway?

That’s a challenging colour way! Not for me but certainly very unique.
 
For a moment I thought it might be a Georgio Armani special edition but the colour scheme is not the same.
