Sound system not working

Hi, I have no sound at all, I have been told it could be the amplifier not working, I believe it is behind the rear seats, how easy is it to remove, are there any issue's to look out for before removing the amplifier, as i have said before, he audio setting is set at off, cannot turn it back on. any help would be much appreciated.

Which sound system do you have?

Seen it a few times on here and it often seems to be the AGW which dies and needs sending off for repair.

This guy was the last person I remember to get it sent off but I would probably await further confirmation before taking the plunge.
