sourcing ESP sensor for 2003 C180

hi - ESP warning light recently come on advising me to go to workshop, was told sensor needs replacing and is only available from main mercedes parts supplier at a very reasonable 550 quid!

Does anyone know if there are any alternative sources and has anyone got any recommendations on where i might be able to get the problem fixed, i'm based in SW London.

Any help much appreciated, was thinking of selling the car and no chance of doing that with this warning light on!

What sensor was it? There are many!

sorry should've said, i was told its the YAW sensor.

They are not £500 last time I fitted one! Get the part from your local dealer or get another garage to fit it

I get most of my parts from the local mb dealer. 99% of them.

I purchased mine from Dronsfields and it was approx £100 delivered. 15 minute job,
