south west (somerset) GTG and cruise

As my baby is coming home soon from having some bits n peaces done i was thinking of a new years cruise and GTG around the south west! visit chedder gorge for the exhaust enthusiasts and down to the south coast to try and find some sun lol any mercedes welcome, W124'S are a MUST!!!! so if you own a W124 and are reading this you have now agreed to attend lol
I was thinking mid to late january but open to sajestions

January may be a bit iffy as the roads may either be wet or have a coating of salt. During these conditions, my w124 stays in the garage.

Later on during the year, I have an interest.

I agree with ypkx, If we are going for a Sun chasing cruise surely Cornwall is the place to visit???
