I have a 2002 Mercedes E Class model W211. As you will probably know it doesn't come with a spare wheel nor an option from Merc. I have purchased a 16" genuine space saver/lightweight alloy from another model, possibly a C Class. Part number A2084010602. (7JX16H2ET37)
The bolts for this wheel were 12mm and I have had the holes reamed to accept the 14mm bolts that my model uses. Also had to aquire longer 40mm bolts. Question; safe to use?
