Can anybody recommend an effective and easy to use Spam filter?

Starting to get usual viagra offers and other junk, where do these people get your email from?

Can't you enable an anti-spam setting via your ISP account? You have to access your e-mail using your browser (ie webmail) to do this.

Thats the thing, we use Outlook and that downloads everything even though our ISP has Spam filtering.

Outlook has a 'Junk Mail' feature but it's not very effective.

I always tell (train) outlook when an email is junk and after 2 years nothing gets past the spam filter, when you right click on a email the junk email settings are on the list of options. My settings are set to low for I can still decide what is junk in the first instance and of course if a good email gets sent to the junk folder I set this to a safe sender.

Who is the ISP Jimmy? You can configure what you download via POP3 into Outlook on some.

Btopenworld for personal and Poundhost for business. I have the Spamguard set for Btopenworld and when viewing online I dont see the Spam but using Outlook it downloads all.

You can configure BT for sure - well you can my my BTOpenworld/Yahoo varient.

Do you have a bulk folder online? You need to configure BTOpenworld not to include your bulk folder for POP3.
