Hi, I have a GLC AMG Line Coupe on 19" wheels with no spare. It has 255/50 tyres on the rear and 235/55 front, given the difference in tyre wall height would one space saver be suitable for use front and rear.

Without checking, I suspect the rolling radius of both wheels is the same (or near enough).

However, that might be slightly moot because the space saver is not necessarily the same size; they are typically close-enough that you can limp the car to a tyre shop for repair/replacement.

I check the boot space first as my wheel well space would struggle to fit a 15" diameter space saver in the wheel well I have in my A250.

Have seen some folding tyres that are supposed to fit but never followed it up.

My GLC Coupe has space below the boot floor which I hoped would eat up most of the space saver height though I've heard it may stick up aprox 15cm/6in because there is no wheel storage recess which is quite a bit if you're carrying luggage etc also it may mean leaving the floor out if it rocks about on top of the space saver....
