Specialists in City of London or East London

Hello all,

I live in Canary Wharf and work in near Charing Cross and I find that all the specialists I know of (and searched through) are in SW or W London.

Could you recommend one in E London please? MB Stratford has been very poor for the 2 times I used them - one for servicing and one for windscreen change.

I am mainly look for specialists to do the heavy work, such as suspension, as I don't have ramps/stands etc.

Is that the Forest Gate in NW9? It is quite far away (13 miles) as average speed in London is very low and I'm in E14.

I have been using MercServices in Tooting (9 miles away) which David and Gary have been excellent but it still takes me over 1 hours to get there.

Can anyone recommend someone closer?

I am also in E14 and I have taken my car to Mercservices in Tooting before.
MBtechnician another member here just opened up his garage a few weeks ago in Romford.

I'm also at/near Canary Wharf and I use PC Merc (though it looks like they've changed name to A1 Merc) in Leyton for the odd stuff. Tony, the boss, is really good. Plus it's only 15 mins up the A12.

I used http://pcmerccentre.co.uk/ for an A service on my CLK320 last summer £170 all in - they advertise in mercedes enthusiast. Located near Leyton (e11?), doable from canary wharf in not much more than 15 mins, even in rush hour.
