I don't know the full facts of the case, but I'm pretty sure this defence failed in the Crown Court at Manchester for one D. Yorke sometime around September October 2002.

I guess all that means is that there is no guarantee of success...but a lawyer would say that, wouldn't he? :rolleyes:
 
I know from previous experiance that not identifing the driver leads to a £400 fine....

One of my fathers vehicles was caught, and we couldn't find who was driving it (honest). The court gave us the above fine instead :( That was for 41mph in a 30 zone.
